On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Call handling ring mode not working on web

We have had several users comment that when they select simultaneous to ring to all devices it doesn't happen.  It will only ring one device instead of all at the same time.  This has only happened recently.  Is there is fix or is this a broken feature since the last update?

i have windows zoom workplace version 6.1.1.  when i select simultaneous ring, all my devices ring.

 

what zoom app and version are being used by your users experiencing this issue?

We are running windows 11 version 6.1.0 for Zoom Workplace.  This did not answer my question.

Suggest you consider:

(a) update to 6.1.1,

(b) remove zoom workplace app and reinstall OR

(c) zoom clean and reinstall on those computers with the issue.
