We have had several users comment that when they select simultaneous to ring to all devices it doesn't happen. It will only ring one device instead of all at the same time. This has only happened recently. Is there is fix or is this a broken feature ...

Does anyone know of a way to hide the main site for the caller ID outbound for users except the site that they work at?

We are running windows 11 version 6.1.0 for Zoom Workplace. This did not answer my question.

That just tells me how to change the number for the main site and the name on the caller ID. I want to know how to prevent people that don't work at the main site to have their caller ID show as if they were calling from the main site.
