We have a number of sales reps that all need to monitor each other. In addition, we have managers that need to monitor the reps but not be monitored.
The issue we see is that reps cannot be members of a monitor role and a monitored role.
Has anyone found an easy workaround for this or a similar scenario?

hi @TSprake
I think you can set up multiple call monitoring groups with appropriate Privileges such as Listen, Whisper, Barge and Take Over.
For example, you can set up:
Sales monitoring group 1
Monitors
Sales1
Sales2
Sales3
Monitored
Sales4
Sales5
Sales6
Sales monitoring group 2
Monitors
Sales4
Sales5
Sales6
Monitored
Sales1
Sales2
Sales3
Sales Supervisors monitoring group
Monitors
Super1
Super2
Super3
Monitored
Sales1
Sales2
Sales3
Sales4
Sales5
Sales6
I believe that the restriction that you mentioned only applies to identical pairs.
“Phone users can belong to multiple call monitoring groups, but monitor/monitored pairs can't be duplicated. For example, if Grant (monitor) and Carly (monitored) are in group A, you can't create another group with Grant as a monitor and Carly as a phone user that can be monitored.”

Thanks, yeah we are trying to get around it with separate groups but basically to do what we want we'd have to create a group for each rep and then any time a new person starts not only create a new group for them but add them to all the existing groups.
I imagine there is a technical reason here but being able to add all to monitor and listen to each other would be ideal.
