Call Forwarding with Extensions

I am new to Zoom Phone and am trying to set up the Auto Receptionist to allow the user to look up an extension by typing in the first 3 letters of the user's name they are looking for. Is this possible?

Hi @abaker62 

 

Do you mean that you'd like incoming callers to be able to be connected to someone by looking up their name when the call is answered by the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for the Auto Receptionist? 

 

If that is the case, it is called Dial-by-Name in Zoom Phone. Following are the instructions to set it up:
