Does anyone know if SMS for Zoom Phone Australia is unlimited texting or know the rate per text for AUS to AUS texting? Support keeps directing me to the international PBX rate page, but these are US to international I am pretty sure. This is a really good article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057987 on setting it up and limitations, but doesn't cover costs, if any, for Australia SMS. Any help would be appreciated!

You need to double-check with Zoom Sales.  From what I can see, for Australia Zoom charges $0.10 per message sent and $0.10 for incoming messages from mobile.

Hi Eliot - Thank you for your response and all the details. The rate chart seems to look likes the International rate page zoom.us/billing/pbx/rates. This to my understanding is the rate sheet for US/CA texting to these other countries "Zoom Phone International Calling and SMS/MMS Rates". As many countries have outgoing rates and those countries don't have texting, so this table seems to be and I was told it is for US/CA rates. This table also shows an MMS Outgoing rate of $0.10 which must be for US to AUS as MMS is not included in AUS SMS functionality. 

The second image is an example of the confusion I am having with Zoom content on this. In your review note of what is and isn't included in SMS for Australia, it states that it is only for SMS and MMS is not supported. Then in the pricing page image the first column states SMS Australia Only, and the second and third columns state that SMS and MMS is supported for Domestic. But texting is supported in NZ, per the note above and the support article. It also states it is not available on the Global Select license in the support article and in your initial note, and that it is only available with the AU/NZ Zoom Phone number as this is the one that can have an AU Mobile number.

The ZVA bot came back with an answer of $0 per message, but I can't seem to find any source for this or find another source for pricing for AU calling and SMS rates. The PBX Rate page just doesn't seem like the right source. Thank you very much for trying.
