Audio In & Out

Good afternoon, my name is Diva Vanessa I have had Zoom for a few years now and we do our Church Services on it but in January starting on the 16 the audio keeps going in and out so bad not sure why we do use our cell phones. please help in any way. Thank you   email ***********

what else changed on 1/16/2023 such as a new microphone, an update to a zoom client, a new pc?

is both speech and music affected or only music?

please let us know how audio gets to zoom.

We have the same phone and it works fine if the Video is not on but when we turn on the video it goes in and out really bad.
