Our zoom phone shared group line rings several times BEFORE the auto-attendant takes over, which is unlike any VOIP system we've had. How do we silence that initial ring, but maintain ringing after extension choice?
Note; we only have two assigned numbers, one of which is used for the shared line.

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean.
Do you have your Auto Receptionist set up with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu to provide automated extension choices, but it is ringing before the IVR starts?
If not, please explain what you are trying to accomplish a little more broadly!
