Is there a way to create a simple table in Notes? We are wanting to use it to do more collaboration but I'm not seeing an option for it and when I try to copy and paste from another document, it makes a mess of it.
We're using Pro plan. We'd like to use notes function inside our meeting, but accounts under our organization can't use note function. It's not visible in the toolbar. (We also checked under 'more' icon) Also, We cannot find notes menu on admin page. Any idea?

I am trying to email my note to my Evernote email address but I'm getting the following error message - ""Admin has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization." I have already enabled note sharing default access level to "Anyone". Please advise.

Can notes be configured to automatically start with each meeting?
Is Zoom notes operable by keyboard only and not using mouse? Can we use keyboard "Tab" to reach "New" Button to create a new note. I am asking from an accessibility point? Please confirm.
I'm loving the ability to open a note from within a Meeting, creating a note essentially for the meeting for things I need to do (without relying on the AI Summary). But once I click New Note, I really want the Note window to stay open persistently - even after the meeting is over, so I can continue to fill in the details of certain action items. Unfortunately, if I need to take/make a phone call or reach out to someone in Team Chat, the Note window vanishes. Apparently, the Notes interface is welded into the desktop client UI, and can't be "popped out" to its own window. Am I missing something? Is this an upcoming feature?

I host Zoom meeting through an organizational page. They pay for the professional account. I host the meetings. Today, others were able to start a note, but I and another lady were not. All we saw was a picture of a notebook and a magnifying glass over it. What can I do so as host I can start and share a note?
