I'm trying to check on/set up my virtual background and I'm trying to follow the instructions in
I want to just have a picture uploaded, no videos or anything and reality doesn't quite agree with the instructions
the account settings are in "Personal". I click on the meeting tab and I find "virtual background" and it is, indeed, set. I went to "in meeting (advanced) -- And then I'm stuck -- I can't find "Click Manage virtual background. "
I must be missing something....

Hi @oldegghead, welcome to Zoom Community! If you are not an account admin, that may be the reason why you're not seeing "Click Manage Virtual Background." Depending on your account settings, you may still be able to upload an image as your virtual background.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Settings.
- In the Meeting tab, navigate to the Virtual Background option (under the In Meeting (Advanced) section) and verify that the setting is enabled.
Alternatively, you can upload an image directly from your desktop or mobile app. On the same support article you shared, follow the steps listed under "How to Apply a Virtual Background." Hope this helps. 🙂

I need to be able to blur my background or add a picture. I guess my computer does not support that. Do I have other options? Can i manually create it?
