When I share a powerpoint in presenter view, I can change whether I use content, or powerpoint showing over shoulder, etc. using the layout icon.  But one of my colleagues doesnt see the layout icon when presenting. Why is this? Is there a preference she needs to change or what?

If your colleague cannot see the layout icon when presenting, it may be due to several reasons. First, ensure that you are sharing the correct screen or monitor where the PowerPoint is displayed. If using dual monitors, you should confirm that the primary monitor is being shared. If you're using a single monitor, you should check if the slide show is set to display in a window rather than full screen. Additionally, your colleague should verify their Zoom client version is up to date, as older versions may not support certain features. If the issue persists, you can try stopping and restarting the screen share.
