I have used zoom very successfully for 18 months ,  

I have just expanded personnel by two extra people,  I believe i have the pro version I have just renewed allowing  9 licenses  how do i set them up to allow access to company account   ?

 

Can any one advise who or where to contact

If you have renewed your paid account, you can add people to your account by following the instructions in this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028938451-Adding-existing-users-to-a-paid-account.
