sign out is only option when clicking picture profile

When I click on "picture profile", the only option is "Sign Out".

Why no "Check for updates" which is supposed to be there?

Opened app, but still no click for updates

but uninstalled and reinstalled, then it appeared

Hi @paulskeels 

That means you are logged-in to the Zoom website. You need to open the Zoom app on your computer directly to check for updates.
