I’m planning a virtual open day for parents with around 150 attendees. I’d like to start with a 30-minute recorded video and then continue with a live Q&A session. What’s the best way to set this up on Zoom, and how do I generate the appropriate link to share with parents? Any tips on managing the session effectively would also be appreciated!

The latest improvements to Simulive (see "Transition to Live Enabled") will make this the easiest in-the-box solution for what you need.

Please check the licensing requirements, as this feature does not come with all Zoom subscriptions.

You could also do this in a less polished way by sharing a video with audio through a standard meeting.
