Hi @mjapodaca

Are you using Bluetooth?

Can you be sure everyone else is actually muted in Zoom?

Are you connecting to Meeting over Telephone Audio?

Rupert

a couple of people are using Cell phone Zoom App Audio with Bluetooth headset

Most people are using telephone audio.

The ones using the Cell Phone App on Apple are the ones hearing popping noises

I would suggest everyone muting in Zoom, and then have people un-mute one-by-one, one at a time, to identify the source. Participants should use the Mute button in Zoom, not a phone-call Mute if using Telephone audio.
