When I share my screen, the overlapping parts turn black. I want to avoid this. Please tell me how to avoid it. I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad X13. Thank you very much.

Solved.

The problem was that the graphics card driver provided by the computer manufacturer was outdated.

The problem was solved by applying the latest Intel driver.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Hi Mark,

I installed the hardware driver you recommended and problem solved.

Thank you so much!

This does not get resolved for me I still see message " please move this window away from the shared application

" pausing ppt presenters view and unable to view notes instead actual PPT file shows up if I try to resume. Tried updated drivers for display monitors through Intel latest updates but still does not resolve this problem.

I even updated graphics card drivers through Intel latest updates this does not resolve for me.

Whenever I share the PPT presenterview mode, I keep getting message " please move this window away from the shared application" and the slideshow pauses. if I try to resume it restore the actual PPT file appears,  not the presentation slide, this avoids (1) slide show (2) not able to view notes during slide show.

I thought it was MS Powerpoint issue however Microsoft has given clear explanation itoom meetings settings, @zoom Support are there any solutions ???

Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.5972 (WHQL Certified)  or the latest driver

does not work for me.
