Can I change the meeting to password required with no host?

will all attendees have access to screen share function?

There's no such thing.

Well, technically there is. You can set a passcode, no waiting room, allow participants to join before host, etc. That would do it. But when you get an unwanted guest (and you will) flooding the meeting with p o r n, racial epithets, screaming, etc., you'll wish you had a host to remove tham.
