Separate from notification when someone enters or leaves room, no. But that will do it.There used to be an issue that once the audio notification was turned on, it would (usually) not turn off. I think that has been resolved.

It turns out the OTHER key factor I missed is that you must edit ALL instances of a recurring meeting.

If a passcode is used, it's easy to edit the meeting the disable waiting room. Or you can disable it in the live meeting in the Participants list. Butif a passcode is not used, you can't disable the Waiting Room. Ever.
