I have a strange case. A student of mine has an up to date chrome browser on a full windows computer yet when she tries to enter my zoom with a direct link, she get's the "zoom sign in" screen. Normally, this type of thing occurs when students/people are using an Android device like ChromeBook and they need to go to chrome settings and toggle the "request desktop site" to fix this. But she is definitely using a windows computer and thus full version of Chrome browser which doesn't even have the option of "request desktop site". (Which is not the issue I assume).
What should I try to do to make the direct link for work her?

I was curious what is the most likely cause. Perhaps the computer needs updated?
