Hey @canandogan2 welcome to the community! Could you elaborate on your problem? Whether it's the client, your network, any specific error codes, etc., please try the following basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Uninstall/Reinstall the Zoom Desktop Client. This will update to our latest version of Zoom: support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233
2. Check your WiFi Connection, if unstable reconnect, consider a wired connection, or check out our network troubleshooting articles support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/201740166.

3. Check if your Operating System is able to run Zoom. support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362023
