Screensharing Malfunction

Hello everyone,

whenever I am trying to share my screen, the fellow participants of my zoom call are not able to see what I am showing them. They only see a black screen with my cursor.

However, when I use a different device (for instance my iPad),  it works out. I am regularly using a MacBook Air 2020.

I had this malfunction since last week, does anyone know what might be wrong? (Happens while using the App as well).

Thanks!

Hi @kathiegb, and welcome to the community! Do you mind telling me what version of Zoom and what version of macOS you're using? I'd be happy to help 😊
