Hello,

I recorded an interview over Zoom and used Gallery View.  I hid my self-view so that during the meeting, I wasn't distracted by my own image and saw a full screen of the person with whom I was speaking.  Unfortunately, it seems to have only recorded his image, and not mine as well.  Is there any way to fix this?  I understand that I need to not hide self-view going forward, or use speaker view, but for this interview which cannot be remade,  is there anything I can do to get back both our images?   Thanks.

Hello @jje1983

The only way that I can think of to fix this is if you had multiple views (speaker view, gallery view) enabled on your recording settings. Then a file for each view will be in your recording tab and you can download and edit the recording together. Otherwise once a recording is sent to your account we have no way of fixing it.

Sorry,

Brandon
