Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window. Also, check your OS for audio enhancements and be sure they are turned off.

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Dear @HelenV1 ,

nowadays new laptops, audio drivers and operating systems also offer noise filtering or beam-forming capabilities.

Therefore, when it comes to audio settings, nowadays you have to check in at least two places.

  1. You need to check your Zoom audio settings, e.g., turn to Original Sound, if you do not want noise filtering
  2. Check the audio settings in your operating system, and also turn off noise filtering and/or microphone array/beam-forming options if availalbe.
