Hi, we run a Zoom meeting that is live streamed onto twitch.
On some of the events, people request the automated closed captioning.
These captions are then also burnt into the Twitch stream, which is quite problematic as they are often incorrect.
Does anyone know if there's a way to turn this off so that the closed captions aren't sent and burnt into the live stream feed on Twitch?
Thank you

Hi @projectpg
Unfortunately, captions are all or nothing. You cannot control how captions are sent via live stream.

Thanks, is there either a planned fix for this, or a recommended solution? (It's quite frustrating to have incorrect subtitles burnt into a video forever)

Not sure there is a solution for this currently.
In this case, how do you want the captions to be handled with the stream? You want them generated, but not displayed in the Twitch stream? Where would Twitch viewers see the captions in that case?
Just trying to understand what you're wanting, to understand if would be possible with Zoom's current streaming integrations.
