Zoom stuck

when i am joined in meeting i dont know why but my zoom gets stuck but meeting goes on i mean my techer is moving i can hear his sound what he is writing etc but i cant access this menu and looks like stopped working i dont know why i have attached the screenshot in task manager also it doesnt show its not responding please help me i tried troubleshooting and compatibility mode . i am using 21h2 update version of windows. latest version of zoom.

I'm not sure what problem you are referring to. What problem are we supposed to see in your screenshot? Please explain what you cannot do.

Ok the screen shot that I attached is the main thing that I can't access and can't close zoom or anything only I can see speaker is speaking and his video . Before host close meeting around 8 or 4mins before my zoom gets completely stuck on last showed screen and don't even close.
