Zoom recording not playing back.

I recorded some meetings yesterday and they show in my Meeting Management but if I click on the link to open it opens a new Safari tab with the title of the meeting and “Shared screen with speaker view” and the option to “download” but not stream.  This seems to be different this week (last weeks links worked fine).  Have Zoom changed something in a recent patch?

I'm also having the same problem. I'm getting a blank screen when I try to view recordings on my Macbook -  regardless of the browser I'm using. However, playback works on my iPhone.

Same here, absolutely frustrating, as it is a paid service! are there any solutions for this? I can see my video 300 mb size but cant play it  ''due to the service fail", what am I supposed to do now as I need this recording urgently?
