Zoom on Virtual Desktop - video pixelated and virtual background disabled

Hi there,

 

I have my zoom work perfectly on my laptop. However, when I log into VMWare and start zoom on the virtual desktop (VD), my video is very pixelated and the virtual background is disabled. I've already tried to - 

  • Update Zoom on both my laptop and on VD to be the latest version
  • Log in to Zoom account on both laptop and VD
  • Double check the settings on the zoom account to enable virtual background
  • Restart laptop, VD, Zoom a couple times

But it still doesn't work for me. Any advice here?
