Zoom on Virtual Desktop - video pixelated and virtual background disabled

Hi there, I have my zoom work perfectly on my laptop. However, when I log into VMWare and start zoom on the virtual desktop (VD), my video is very pixelated and the virtual background is disabled. I've already tried to - Update Zoom on both my laptop...
