I had meetings on Zoom today and both times, I had to use the web version. It was a pain because the quality was so poor, particularly in the smaller meeting later in the day where there was so much static and problems with freezing screens. Is anyone else having this issue and how was it fixed?

Hi @DrJ , sorry to hear about your issues. I would recommend updating your client version. You can do this by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner, and then click check for updates and then it will guide you to update to the latest version.
