Zoom audio not working

my zoom audio isnt working I need help please I cant hear anyone I'm on windows 10 and use raltek drivers .

Hi @manish_maharjan !

 

I know it has been a bit since you posted, but I wanted to make sure I offered some assistance in the case that you are still experiencing this issue. A simple uninstall/reinstall should solve this issue. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check that you are using the latest version of the Zoom client.

2. Check whether you're on a 32bit or 64bit processor
If you are using 64bit- windows on your device, uninstall the zoom client and download the Zoom App for 64-bit.

3. To uninstall, run the attached cleanzoom.exe file and restart your computer.
4. Once done restarting, visit this link https://zoom.us/download

5. Download the 64-bit Zoom client

6. Update all your drivers on your Windows computer:

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Windows Update.
  2. If you want to check for updates manually, select Check for updates.
  3. Select Advanced options, and then under Choose how updates are installed, select Automatic (recommended).
  4. After updating, restart your device and test if the Audio and Microphone work on your Zoom client application.
