Zoom Workspace started to have performance issues on my Mac Book Pro 2018, Intel. Before it worked great for years. Recently, 5 min into the call it begins to degrade audio and video, audio begins to stutter and I have to switch to iPad. This is not a network issue, my iPad and iPhone work great on the same wifi. I tried updating and restarting Mac. Any suggestions?
The specs are:
2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
MacOS: 15.5 (24F74)

Unfortunately, Apple designs for obsolescence, which you have noted by switching to an iPad and iPhone. If you do not keep pace you will soon find that the hardware is not adequate for streaming video. Your Mac Book is 7 years old which is ancient hardware by Apple standards. Consider buying new hardware (I know it is expensive, but that is the nature of Apple hardware).
