I've used ZOOM for several years on my PC Desktop running Windows 10. Suddenly it failed to launch.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over several months--it still does not work. When I try to start the app from the icon or from the program menu--nothing happens.
ZOOM works fine from my iPad and my Chromebook---same id/account.
Can you help me make sense of this???~!

Hi @FREDinLA,
You could do a CleanZoom where you completely wipe Zoom out of your registry and then attempt to install it again. Try that, and then let me know how that goes. You can find the clean Zoom zip file in the link below.

We may need to get a support ticket going for you if that doesn't work so we can get a technician to work with you. Another idea that you could try is to update to Windows 11. I just did it with my Win10 computer and I love it.
