Why can't I reach support? I am a Pro subscriber.

According to the pricing plans page, Pro level subscriptions include ticket and live chat support. But every time I try to do either, even after confirming I'm properly logged in, I'm told my membership doesn't include support. I have no way of asking support about this! What can I do? The support system in Zoom is so hard to use!

That is exactly why this forum is here. There are numerous customers like yourself who are very skilled at using Zoom who regularly respond to requests here very quickly. So you need to give lots of details concerning your issue with the software. Be sure to include the device and any applicable hardware, operating system, Zoom version, and what you tried that did not seem to work for you.

But... my subscription says it includes ticket and live chat support. I'm paying for my membership. If I want direct support via chat or creating a ticket, shouldn't I be allowed to instead of denied the opportunity?

Does anybody from Zoom read these forums? I really would like to know why, as a paid subscriber, I am unable to reach Zoom support. The information on your subscriptions says I should be able to. Thanks.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Live chat support is included as part of the service for customers on our Pro Plan who have more than $50 per month. You may check the support plans here.

However, you can still receive support by submitting a ticket through our support system or engaging here in the community forums. Both of these options are available to help address your inquiries and provide assistance.

I couldn't find the ticket support link anywhere, so thank you for providing that.

If the pricing page has mistake on it, it should be corrected, don't you think?
