Whose internet connection is failing?

Hi all,

Is it possible within Zoom Pro to see a record of the internet connections for a meeting between two participants?

Occasionally clients have poor internet connection which leads to a glitchy meeting and I'd like to be able to check my Zoom account to see whether it was my internet connection or theirs that caused the issue.

I'm sure I remember seeing this feature somewhere but I'm struggling to find it, can anyone advise?

Many thanks,

Sally

Hello @SalOzaydin,

Business, Education, or API Plan with Admin Access have insight into Zoom's Dashboard.  The Dashboard provides useful information that can help solve connection issues.

You can learn more about the Dashboard here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360039656511-Dashboard-statistics-and-graphs

Each Zoom customer can see their own status on the Zoom Client.

You can learn more about Meeting Statistics in the Zoom Client here:  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202920719-Meeting-and-phone-statistics

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed. Thank you!

Hi Ceezy, thanks for your response. I have Zoom Pro, so no dashboard. Ideally I'd like to be able to look back after a meeting where there had been issues with lagging etc, and work out whether the fault was at my end. Is this do-able with Zoom Pro as part of a report?

Many thanks, Sally

Hi @SalOzaydin,

There isn't a report for Pro members to pull historical meeting analytics, like the ones you are looking for.  That information is available to  Zoom customers who are on a Business, Education, or API Plan with Admin Access.

The only way you will be able to see this as a Pro member, is in real-time, by using the Statistic on the Zoom Client.

You can provide feedback here: https://zoom.us/feed, and make a request to have that feature added.
