My parents just got an Alexa Echo and the Zoom app on it suffers from some serious problems. How do we report them?

Thanks. Last time I tried this, it was restricted to paying users. This time I was able to submit a ticket, so we'll see what happens.

Well, I take it back. I just got:

 

Request closed: Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time.

Instead, use our online resources to learn more about using Zoom

 

That is offensive and unacceptable. Zoom deliberately wastes users' time by letting them type out a report (which may involve capturing video and screen shots) and then telling them to piss off.

 

Unbelievable.
