Hello,
We have a problem with the ZOOM software. When I use ZOOM, everyone can hear me clearly and I can hear everyone.
When I make a sound with the bell that I hold in my hand then they don't hear the bell Such a problem calls out that I use the ZOOM program on the computer To verify this when I use ZOOM in the WEB interface then they hear the bell.
How do I solve the problem?

Turn on "original sound for musicians" in audio settings.

Sounds like your computer is filtering the audio at the OS level. Need to know make, model, OS version, internal or external mic, audio interface, etc. Or message me and we can look at the issue together.
