Hi @Gailhreed thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!
Could you please try logging into your Zoom account at zoom.us? Then navigate to the 'Meetings' section, select the name of the meeting for which you would like to copy the invitation, and finally, at the bottom, you should see the option 'Copy Invitation'.
Let me know if that helps!
Carla,

Carla,
So not only does the Zoom Workplace app not support connecting to an Apple Calendar, but now you are saying that to retrieve invite details, it is necessary to leave the Zoom Workplace app and log in to a website? This is pretty bad from a UX standpoint. This represents a loss of functionality with the Zoom Workplace app update on the Mac.
Please raise this as an issue with the product owner at Zoom.
Thanks,
--Lou

I agree with everyone here. This was actually useful. WHY DID YOU GET RID OF IT? WHY DO YOU GET RID OF THINGS THAT WORK? WHY? WHY ZOOM? It just makes no sense. Are you trying to justify your jobs by doing things just to do them?

I only see Duplicate - there is no option to copy my meeting? Am I missing something

This is obviously a problem for everyone. It should be as simple as it used to be to simply get a "copy invitation" option.

I'm disgusted with this issue. I have found that I can no longer go to "meetings" and copy the invitation to send to people. I need to actually schedule a meeting and use that to invite them. And by-the-way it doesn't appear to go to their email inbox. They have to go to zoom, find the meeting and join. Yes, pretty bad from a UX standpoint. The developers should get a refund on their education tuition.

Fully identify with you. What used to be a simple task to copy & paste an invitaion, is now impossible to accomplish. The "Copy Invitation" button doesn't work.

You could build your own dashboard using APIs that including all your upcoming recurring meetings with the links and the ability to share the invites with one click. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that provides you with an interface to copy, share and join meetings easily.

So the brilliant developers at Zoom eliminated a user friendly feature and then expect those users to develop a way to get that feature back?! I've had it with developers that "improve" software without tresting it on users first. We are looking for a different meeting platform.

So, it appears that we can no longer copy in invitation and email that link to a group. Brilliant. We might as well use Teams meetings as there is no longer this advantage for Zoom. Not only that but if I now schedule a meeting and want to send the invitation to a group there appears to be no function to send it to a group. I've had to type in multiple email addresses to send the invitation. Another reason to simply go to "Teams." Goodbye Zoom.

In the past I've been able to go into a word file where I can copy the URL (or full invitation) to on my personal zoom room, then paste it into the Description of a calendar event.
I can't do this anymore. It will paste into the Location bar, but not the description.
Having to go to the zoom.us website to create an event, then copy it and go back to my calendar is VERY frustrating.

What appears to be working on a Mac (running Mac OS Sequoia 15.3) is the following:
- Create a meeting which will appear on the Zoom calendar
- In the Zoom calendar view, click once on the meeting (not that easy to do...if you double click it opens for editing; something in the click processing is flakey)
- After a successful single click, a dialog pops up with a Start button, and the dialog includes a Description field with the invite, which you can copy and paste
Note that the invite text says "XXXX is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.", but does NOT include the date and time of the meeting. Sloppy work, Zoom.
Also, the meeting now appears as an added event in my Apple Calendar app (this seems to be a new thing). The meeting event contains the invitation text as well, which can be copied.
A multi-step process instead of a simple, single click operation. Infuriating.
