Camera doesn't work on the meeting but working on the settings screen

My Camera doesn't work on the app when I am trying to join a meeting.

When I go to the settings page, the image from the camera shows.

It is a Mac with an external camera.

It doesn't work with the external camera or built-in.

The permissions are correct
