Virtual Background

Hello,

I have Zoom for my Mac M2 Air. A while back, I thought it would be cool to have a virtual background of an X-Wing from Star Wars. This was all fine and dandy until I realized that the Zoom app on my Mac recognizes that virtual background as if there is no virtual background. I am confused and angry about this issue because I have uninstalled the app at least 5 different times, logged in with different emails, and even cleared out the cache files and restarted my machine. The X Wing background still shows up. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to speak to a human being with the customer support number, only to be told that I am not a premium member, so I cannot talk to a human or even send a trouble shoot request. I don't want to spend $17 just to fix a hopefully simple solution. Can anyone help me?

Thank you
