Zoom keeps freezing and crashing during meetings - I'm a therapist and conduct my online sessions on the app. I also give lectures on it. Today I had a 2-hour lecture and got disconnected 7 times. I need to fix it urgently. What could be wrong? Internet connection is strong.

- Does the issue persist on other devices running on the same network?
- Which version of Zoom (and which OS) are you using? Latest?
- Are there any other applications running on your device that can be closed out?
- Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
- Does the issue persist after rebooting your device?
The answers to these questions will better allow us to assist in the troubleshooting process.

Thank you for replying
The issue does not persist in other devices in the same network. However it also does not persist in the same device, different network. So I'm guessing there's an issue with the network when running Zoom on the computer. The usual network is wireless and the issue does persist after reboot. Thanks!

Hello. I have this problem right now. I was doing an online teaching and the feed dropped and came back on about ten seconds later, but the recording was stopped. This has happened TWICE in the same recording within 3 minutes of each other.
I'm going to use your questions for mtldnsc as mine.
1.) I don't use other devices for Zoom.
2.) The latest, whatever that is because I keep it updated.
3.) I have no other apps open.
4.) I was using wireless, but after the first crash, I used an ethernet cable immediately and had the same thing happened.
5.) I have rebooted and will return to comment after using the program.
Thank you, bstrelko

I am having exactly the same issue. Tried the same things. Same result. Very frustrating. Any updates on a resolution that you have heard?
