Video filter options not appearing

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question. Please direct me if there is a better place.

I have Workplace Pro and it seems that the video filters are supposed to be available, but they are not. Please advise.

Kindly check if the Video Filter option is enabled. 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click your profile picture and then click Settings.
     

     

  3. Click the Background & effects 
     

     

    tab.
  4. Click the Video filters tab.
  5. Select the desired filter.
  6. (Optional) Enable or disable the Apply to all future meetings toggle to set this filter as a default for all meetings you join or host.
  7. Click Close.

I have the same issue, also with Workplace Pro--the "video filters" tab simply doesn't appear under Backgrounds and Effects. The filters were available on my system at some time in the past. 

 In my case, the Video Filters tab does not appear, so I can’t follow the procedure below. I have a two-seat license and at some time in the past was able to use video filters.

 

What account types no longer have the video filters feature?

Hello,

I'm having the same issue. video filters is on. All that is available when I select video backgrounds is "none" or "blur" when I select video filters only "none". Is this feature not available with "workplace pro"?
