Using Zoom to record demo videos - can I hide the box with my name in it?

I'm trying to use the free version of Zoom to record demos with audio and screen capture. I start a new meeting, share a screen, start recording, talk through and perform the demo steps, stop the recording, then convert the captured data to an MP4 file. Problem is that the recording shows a box in the upper right area with my name in it. Is it possible to avoid having that box in the recording? I've looked through all the settings I can find and don't see anything that solves it.

This is on Windows 11, Zoom Workplace v6.1.12 (46889).

Thanks in advance.

I can't duplicate your issue with version 6.2.3. Recommend updating to the latest version. It also works best if the computer has 2 screens.

Updated to 6.2.3, still having the same problem. Using two screens, and when I record the demo on screen 2, the box that shows participants (just me) is on screen 1, but it ends up overlaid on recording when I save it.

In Settings\Recording, there's an option to "Display participants' names in the recording." If I uncheck that, the recording shows a box with a "person" icon in it instead of my name.

OK, I think I solved it. Seems that if I "hide thumbnail video" that it doesn't get overlaid onto my recording.
