Hello
My core objective for signing up and subscribing to my licence on Zoom is to hold more than one meeting concurrently. I paid for a pro, which I later discovered would not serve my purpose.
Can I get assistance upgrading to Zoom business from my Pro account without making the full payment?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Rantiola.
The direct answer to your question is No. Upgrading to Business requires a minimum of 10 licensed users on the account; you can’t get the Business account and pay for less.
You could create a second user on your Pro account and accomplish the same goal. Use another email address, create a user on your account with that address, buy an additional license and assign it to the new user. Explore the Scheduling Privilege feature to allow the two users to share scheduled meetings and start each others meetings. This will also help you avoid the concurrency issue: with a Business account you can schedule 2 meetings, but you can’t be in both of them simultaneously.
