USB Webcam Distortion after Update

If you have lines and flashes on your video, after update, here's a solution:

Click on the arrow next to your camera and choose "Video settings".

Scroll down to the bottom of the list of settings and choose "Advanced".

Remove the checkmark from the first item "optimize quality of the video/send with de-noise."

They should remove the lines and distortion from your video camera signal

I have two laptop computers and I have tried the built-in cameras as well as external webcams. All are giving me distortion in my video as the speaker or host. Please check out this short video and you'll see what I am experiencing. The distortion happens only when a meeting start in Zoom.
