zoom says virtual background not done loading and no camera

so i take online classes and we use zoom. after the windows update and zoom update my webcam no longer works every time i join the meeting a pop up says virtual background not done loading and options to use video or not to use video either way my video stays black and my light next to my webcam flashes once every 10-15 seconds. i have uninstalled and reinstalled, i have installed legacy versions, i have checked all permissions made sure zoom has permissions to use it i just can't seem to figure this one out.

You are not alone I too am having this issue.  I was utilizing the Beach background, and over the past week everything went to black and while my other camera apps are working Zoom is not.
