Transmiting from Ipad with a ip camera

I would like to transmit from my ipad with an poe ip camera. When I use my computer i choose the camera. I haven´t found the option on ipad. I would like to know if its posible or I have to look for another solution. Thanks in advance.

This is not possible with Zoom.

Zoom (and most third-party) apps can only gain access to the in-built cameras - not external ones.
