I just transferred the "hosting" to another person in our our organization, as I am stepping down from being the chairman. How can I pass over all of the planned Zoom meetings and events to the new chairperson?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @LarryJay.

Are your user accounts both owned by the organization? There are ways to do this, but only if both of your accounts are under the same owner.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

Unfortunately, they are both private accounts.

Thank you nonetheless.

The start of a new year is a good time to send out new links. I have several clients that send out recurring meeting links for each year like “XYZ Board Meeting 2024”.  That way everyone is expecting a new link at the end of the year.
