Viewing Upcoming Meetings beyond 90 days

Hi Everyone,

I can only view my upcoming meetings until the end of April 2025.

I'd like to be able to view beyond what seems to be just 90 days. I have a schedule that is planned out through July and need to be able to look at, change and confirm details (manually approve participants) for meetings beyond the 90 days, this is very limiting.

There must be a way to set the view to a longer time range.

Input appreciated!

Hi @JenGordon, thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!

Currently, Zoom allows you to view upcoming meetings for a 90-day period at a time. To see meetings beyond that range, you’ll need to adjust the date range accordingly. While there isn’t a way to extend the default view beyond 90 days, you can manually select a future date range to access and manage those meetings.

If you're looking for a more permanent solution or have a specific workflow in mind, I'd recommend sharing this feedback with our product teams. Thank you!

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

This is stil a BIG problem. When I follow your guidlenies to change sthe 90 day window it changes both the start and end date to the same date! Why is there not a button that says "view next 90 days" that wil allow you to view your clendar for as far out as you want to in 90- day increments. I cannot advance the calendar to view my meetings scheduled for later this yera nad this is a MAJOR PROBLEM Please help!

I am having the same problem. On the Meetings screen, there is a window to change dates BUT IT DOESN"T WORK! I can't change the beginning or end dates. If I try to change one of them, the system defaults to giving me only the events on that particular day. And there isn't a way to scroll forward to see what has been scheduled. I'm working on a PC in the latest version of windows and latest version of Chrome.
