What is the unique setting necessary to ensure we are tracking all participants within the Zoom Conf. I ran the report per the instructtons and it came out blank although I had 2- plus folks online. How do I ensure they are captured

Hi @conventionDir

While Zoom doesn't have a specific feature to track attendee participation in real-time, it does provide options to view attendance records, including who joined and left the meeting, and when they entered or exited the session

To view a list of meeting participants in Zoom:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Go to Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports > Usage
Filter by date range to find your meeting
Click on the participant count under "Participants Source"

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Huma

You could use the native reports function as mentioned. If you want to automate this there is a marketplace app, Salepager, for capturing Zoom participants.

Hi @conventionDir , when participant reports come back blank, it’s usually because Zoom isn’t able to identify attendees

However, you can use this solution to: https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/vaH1WRR9T_C0cqXKubDLMg

It provides more reliable analytics by automatically collecting and organizing participant data across meetings. They also offer free templates with all the necessary tables
