Toplantı esnasında klavye sürekli kapanıyor

Toplantı esnasında yazı yazarken sürekli klavye kapanıyor. Yeni gelen güncellemeden sonra bütün düzenim bozuldu. Kesinikle yazı yazdırmıyor ne beyaz tahtada nede görsel üstünde acil destek istiyorum. 

During the meeting, the keyboard keeps closing while I am typing. Since the new update, all my settings have been messed up. It definitely does not allow me to write, neither on the whiteboard nor on the visuals. I urgently need support.
