Hi Zoom team and Zoom comunity,  recenlty i sign into zoom and got this error "You cannot sign into your Zoom account using this methos. Contact your IT adminstrator for instruction. " Please help me. Thanks Zoom team and Zoom comunity.

 Hi,

 

Like the message says, looks like the login method you are trying to use is not allowed. It is possible to restrict access, like not allowing logins via Gmail, or Facebook, or with email and password.

 

You will need to reach out to your account IT administrator so he can assist you.
